Is this refundable? Founding reservations are limited and generally non-refundable, but are transferable. If the event date changes, you’ll be offered equivalent value or a new date.

How do I claim my perks? We’ll email confirmation and pickup instructions after payment. Merch ships or is available at will-call depending on tier.
