Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Once approved, we will send a no-cost replacement of the original item.
Non-Defective Returns
Because items are produced on demand, we cannot accept returns or refunds for non-defective products (e.g., wrong size, color change, or buyer’s remorse). Please review size charts and product details before placing your order.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for defective or misprinted items and will be issued for the same product originally ordered.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun. Double-check your cart before checkout.
