FFL Signs Czegory “CJ Pronto” Days To Boxing Roster

Forge Fight League continues to build out its lightweight pipeline with the addition of Miami’s Czegory “CJ Pronto” Days. Standing 5'11" and competing between 135–143 pounds, Days brings a switch-hitting style defined by fluid stance changes, quick counters, and a willingness to press when he sees an opening.

Days trains with Level Up Boxing & Fitness in Miami, Florida. At 27, he’s early in his professional arc but already has experience under bright lights and a second bout set for November. That blend of youth and urgency is exactly what FFL looks for as we shape competitive, crowd-pleasing matchups.

While Days will not appear on the FFL: Allston fight card, his signing signals the pace of league growth heading into 2026.
