On Demand Submission Guidelines

We’re excited to showcase independent films that push boundaries and embrace the darker side of storytelling. Whether you have a short film, feature-length film, web series, or documentary, we welcome all submissions. Please review our guidelines before submitting your film.

📌 General Submission Requirements:

✔️ Genre Focus: Horror, thriller, suspense, dark sci-fi, supernatural, dark drama, and psychological horror.
✔️ Accepted Formats: Short films, feature films, web series, documentaries, experimental horror, and animated horror.
✔️ Film Length: No minimum or maximum length—both short and full-length films are welcome.
✔️ Quality: We prefer HD resolution (1080p or higher). Low-resolution films may be considered but must be clear and well-produced.
✔️ Language: Films must be in English or have English subtitles.

🎬 Technical Requirements:

✔️ Video Format: MP4, MOV, or AVI (preferably H.264 encoded)
✔️ Aspect Ratio: 16:9 (preferred) but other ratios are accepted if artistically intended
✔️ Audio: Clear and properly mixed sound (stereo or 5.1 surround preferred)
✔️ Subtitles: Required for non-English dialogue (SRT or embedded subtitles)

💀 Content Restrictions:

❌ No extreme real-life violence (i.e., snuff films, animal cruelty, or real human harm)
❌ No illegal or non-consensual content
❌ No copyrighted material unless you have rights/permissions

📄 Rights & Permissions:

✔️ By submitting your film, you confirm that you own all rights or have obtained proper licensing for music, footage, and any copyrighted material.
✔️ If your film is accepted, you grant DreadVerse On Demand non-exclusive streaming rights (you can still showcase your film elsewhere).
✔️ If your film is selected, we will notify you and provide a licensing agreement.

💰 Membership & Revenue Sharing (Coming Soon!)

For now, all accepted films will be featured for free to help build our audience.
In the future, we will offer paid membership plans, giving filmmakers a chance to earn revenue from views and subscriptions. Stay tuned for updates!

📢 How to Submit:

1️⃣ Complete the Submission Form
2️⃣ Include a private link to your film (Google Drive, Vimeo, Dropbox, or YouTube)
3️⃣ Provide a poster, description, and any promotional materials
4️⃣ We’ll review your submission and contact you within 2-4 weeks
