1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, apps, products, and services operated by ShadowForge Media LLC and its brands, including Forge+, 40RUM Films, ForgeyWorld, Hammer Index, AuraLink, and Forge Fight League (FFL) (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by your jurisdiction). Certain areas (e.g., NSFWired) require you to be 18+.
Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3) Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content we create or provide—logos, marks, graphics, designs, videos, audio, text, code, and data—is owned by ShadowForge Media or licensed to us and protected by law. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our written permission.

4) User Content & License

You retain rights to content you submit (e.g., comments, uploads, show pitches). By submitting, you grant ShadowForge Media a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, publicly display/perform, and distribute that content to operate and promote the Services. You represent you have the necessary rights and that your content does not infringe others.

5) Prohibited Uses

Illegal activity, harassment, hate, doxxing, or threats.
Infringement, deceptive practices, spam, or malware.
Recording others without consent where required by law.
Circumventing access controls or interfering with the Services.

6) Fees, Subscriptions & Revenue Share

Subscriptions/paid features: We may offer paid plans or purchases. Prices, taxes, and billing cycles will be shown at checkout. You authorize recurring charges until canceled.
Creator Rev Share (Forge+): Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, the default split for eligible shows is 70% to host(s) / 30% to ShadowForge Media on net show revenue (e.g., ads, sponsorships, tips processed through our systems). Payout methods, timing, chargebacks, and fees are detailed in your show agreement.
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your income; we may issue tax forms as required.

7) Events & Ticketing (FFL)

Event details may change (e.g., card, venue, date). Your ticket is a revocable license; refunds/exchanges follow the posted event policy and applicable law.
Participation by athletes is subject to commission rules, medicals, and safety protocols. We may deny entry or remove any person for safety or policy violations.
By attending, you consent to being photographed/filmed and grant us the right to use your likeness in event coverage and promotions.

8) Creator Programs (Forge+)

Show participation requires separate creator or contractor agreements covering rights, deliverables, schedules, and payouts.
Remote recording (e.g., Zoom) requires stable connections and adherence to our content standards.
We may remove episodes or suspend shows that violate these Terms or law.

9) Commerce, Shipping & Returns

Product pages will note pricing, availability, and estimated shipping. Third-party fulfillment may be used.
Return/Exchange policies are listed at checkout or on the product page. Items must be unworn and in original condition unless defective.
Risk of loss passes upon carrier handoff; we’ll assist with carrier claims where possible.

10) Crowdfunding & Promotions

For campaigns (e.g., Indiegogo, Kickstarter, GoFundMe), rewards and timelines are subject to change based on production realities. Contributions are not equity unless expressly stated by the platform and applicable offering documents. Each campaign’s page governs fulfillment terms; in case of conflict, the campaign terms control.

11) Third-Party Links & Services

Links to third-party sites (ticketing, payments, streaming, social) are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by those parties’ terms and privacy policies.

12) Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share data.

13) DMCA / Reporting IP Infringement

If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@shadowforgemedia.com with:

Identification of the copyrighted work and allegedly infringing material (URL(s)).
Your contact info and a statement of good-faith belief.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notifications may be submitted pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512.

14) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

15) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHADOWFORGE MEDIA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 6 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

16) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ShadowForge Media and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in New Hampshire. Where allowed, disputes will be resolved individually, and you waive participation in class actions.

18) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
