Event Operations Coordinator — FFL
Coordinate venue, run-of-show, weigh-ins, credentials, and vendor/sponsor setup for live events.
- Support permits, safety checks, athlete check-in, and locker coordination
- Work with media team on camera positions and tunnels
Assistant Editor — 40RUM Films
Sync, string-outs, assembly edits, and turnover to sound/color; organize project files and proxies.
- Premiere or Resolve proficiency; basic VFX relinks a plus
- Experience with dailies, bins, handoffs
Embedded Prototyping Engineer — AuraLink
Rapid prototyping for wearable sensors; firmware bring-up, BLE, and low-power optimization.
- MCUs, IMUs/PPG, power budgeting
- BLE stacks; mobile integration a plus
Community & Editorial Lead — Hammer Index
Own reviews calendar, creator partnerships, and moderation guidelines; shape community voice.
- Entertainment editorial & UGC moderation experience
- Analytics basics; social/community ops
Character & Plush Designer — ForgeyWorld
Translate character briefs into plush-ready designs; iterate with product and music teams.
- Experience with plush construction constraints
- Turnarounds, materials notes, safety considerations
Leadership & Board Opportunities
These are governance/strategic roles and may be equity-based or stipend-based. They are not traditional employment positions.
Board Member — Finance & Capital Strategy (ShadowForge Media)
Guide financing strategy across film, sports, family IP, and wellness tech. Support governance and fundraising frameworks.
- Experience: venture/PE/entertainment finance
- Time: ~4–6 hrs/month + quarterly meetings
Board Advisor — Legal & Compliance (FFL)
Advise on sanctioning, contracts, event compliance, and insurer relations for boxing & kickboxing events.
- Experience: sports law/regulatory, promoter rules
- Time: ~3–4 hrs/month; event spikes
Medical & Safety Advisor (FFL)
Establish bout medical protocols, weigh-in standards, concussion procedures, and ringside readiness.
- MD, DO, ATC, or equivalent with ringside experience preferred
- Event-day coordination with regulators
Partnerships & Sponsorships Advisor (FFL)
Open regional partners, build sponsor decks, and optimize inventory (in-ring, broadcast, digital).
- Local/regional sales experience
- Decks, pricing, fulfillment planning
Technology Advisor — Wearables (AuraLink)
Guide hardware/firmware direction, data ethics, and early clinical validation pathways.
- Wearable hardware or digital health background
- Privacy-first data practices
